See how we’re putting our mission on justice into action.

Our 2024 report highlights how we’ve deepened our commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI), so we can be true partners to groups repairing longstanding suffering so all communities can thrive. We paid out $18.1 million in grants—88.3% went to organizations led by Native Americans and communities of color. You’ll also learn about our updated board and staff demographics, inclusive vendor relationships, and collaborative efforts with peer funders.

90.5 percent of 23 grant dollars invested in orgs led by native americans and communities of color

A centerpiece of the report is the “Key JEDI Engagement, Activities & Achievements” section, which shares how we’re broadening advocacy, refining internal practices, and strengthening connections across diverse communities. Together, these actions show how we’re putting our mission on justice into practice and tracking for transparency and improvement.
