Now Hiring Program VP! Looking for a Justice Leader.

The Program VP leads our funding approach, guides our grantmaking staff, and helps us stand alongside changemakers for racial, social, and economic justice.

The search has opened for a collaborative and values-driven leader to be our next Vice President of Program. We’re looking for candidates who have deep experience with community-led work by and for our priority communities: Native Americans, communities of color, immigrants, refugees, and people in rural areas in our region of eight states and 76 Native nations.

This position is an excellent opportunity to stand shoulder to shoulder with our grantee partners in support of their work to change systems and advance justice, as defined by communities themselves. We support our partners with all of our resources, whether through our grant funding approach, our impact investments, or our influence and relationships.

This is a hybrid role based in St. Paul, MN. Candidates have until January 8, 2025, to apply. The salary range is $185,000–$230,000, and we offer excellent and holistic benefits.
